Design and supervision of M&E Services of New Nicosia General Hospital  at a cost of US$ 55 ,000,000 (total building cost in excess of US$ 1 70 ,000,000). This is one of the largest ever buildings in Cyprus with the highest to date Electromechanical Services content.  Design and supervision of New Famagusta General Hospital (M&E Services in excess of US$ 10 ,000,000 and building cost in excess of US$ 29 ,000,000. Design and Supervision of the Areteion Hospital in Nicosia (Mechanical Services in excess of US$ 3,500,000).

Two contracts for the Electricity Authority of Cyprus for the design of the M&E Services of Dhekelia B' Power Station (phase C, with Merz & McLellan of UK) and of Vasilikos Power Station, possibly the largest and most expensive project in Cyprus to date in association with Kennedy & Donkin & W.S. Atkins of UK. This project was shelved and awarded again by E.A.C. to Mott McDonald & Allott and Lomax and our Office was again involved in the design and supervision of the M&E Services of all the Power Station Buildings (M&E Designed by our office in excess of US$ 7,000,000). Project completed in July 2000.

Over Twenty Contracts from the Ministry of Defense (Permanent Technical Committee for Defense) with a total value of Mechanical & Electrical Services in excess of US$ 7 ,000,000.

Twenty Projects for Cyprus Telecommunications Authority. The total M&E value of these projects exceeds US$ 10 ,000,000.

Design and supervision of the building services for several hotels, hotel apartments, tourist complexes, tourist villages, shopping centers, office complexes etc. In addition, sports and recreation centers.

Design and supervision of several projects for Cyprus Airways Catering Services, Engineering Services and Offices throughout Cyprus in excess of US$ 3,500,000. Cyprus Airways is saving more than US$ 150,000 per year due to our energy conservation work.

Design and supervision of several M&E projects in Greece and the Middle East  since 1997.  These include: Sabiya Power Station in Kuwait, Emirates Engineering Centre (Airbus A380 Hangars and workshops) in Dubai, (detailed design), Dubai Festival City Phase 8b (Design), Dammam Maternity Hospital (450 beds) , YBA Kanoo HQ Building and Al Marsa Town Centre Project in Bahrain Angelides Furnihome and San Marzano Restaurants in Athens and other projects.
